Ruminations
After he’s found his truth chapter 13 - a short book I kept with me for 12 years on my travels across the world whilst I was processing the enormous tragic events that had befallen me due to the weaponisation of the British justice system under the labour leadership of Tony Blair and Keir Starmer - who is now the British PM . This book was given to me by Paula Cvekova a very unusual woman from the Czech Republic who helped me get through a very difficult time .
RUMINATIONS - wisdom - sayings - thoughts and prayers by PAUL R. DENTON from 2012 to 2024 .

It will probably never be read but at least it’s been written. Sometimes angels come across our lives our paths and help us get through these difficult moments in life .
She was one of them and I dedicate this small book to her .
Introduction :
Ruminations - means excessive pondering - meditation or processing of thoughts - experiences or traumas .
Another definition : a repetitive thought cycle focussing on causes , consequences and symptoms of one’s current negative state.
It must be remembered that many prophets of the bible did this such as Job or David. It was a kind of internal monologue looking at the sequence of events and trying to
Put them Into some kind of sense and rationale . We all go through these challenges and the bible is a great example of men who did so and finally came to a clear answer - Ecclesiastes is one such book that ends off in a positive manner making sense of what was ruminated on beforehand . It is a kind of positive therapy.
“The ox is willing but the earth is slow !”
What does that mean ? To me it means that in life if you want something done sometimes you have to keep on slogging until it gets done . An ox wants to work . He’s strong . But the Earth the soil is hard - crusty and needs to be broken up into pieces so the seeds can be sown into it . It also means that no matter the impossibility of the task we can do it if we are patient enough and WILLING enough. If there’s no will there’s no way . Sometimes we face a brick wall of negativity on our lives . We reach out but nothing works . This timeless saying says we should just keep on ploughing until the job is done . All we need is the strength of the will which comes from the mind and the spirit working together .
Most people just give up when the going gets tough . But like the ox we must pray for the strength of will to keep moving forward step by step . This is what creates character and achieves the impossible . It is not your power that makes it so it is your willingness to do the job where all others give up before they begin .
“…another adventure in the great saga of my life … I sometimes envy the IGNORANT! - why ? They don’t know any better and they probably won’t either - why ? Because they are simply content with their lot - and their place … but the traveller moves energies and moves ideas and moves and motivates people to become better than what they are and more conscious and awake - but it’s a lonely and often thankless job that is frowned upon by pastoralists . But just remember it was the vagabonds and wanderers that redeemed themselves out of the captivity of Egypt to cross the river Jordan and enter the promised land of God. It has always been since Abraham this way that at times you are called out of your homeland to a place that is both challenging and dangerous .
Throughout history we have seen examples of this . Joseph was falsely accused and spent 3 and a half years in prison - was sold into slavery by his own brothers .. and yet God redeemed him out of darkness into being the prime minister of Egypt . It’s easy to stay ignorant and starve or return to the Stone Age or be swallowed up in mindless wars … it’s hard to leave everything behind and trust in God for blessing and salvation . But it’s steadfast faith that redeems the wanderer and traveller - not safety and security . Each man must walk his own path but it’s not our destiny to remain slaves to ignorance .
